Having two young kids ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be sometimes to just leave the house, let alone getting everyone scrubbed up and happy for a family portrait session. Throw in colds, flus and unexpected fevers and it’s near impossible! But as these photos will show, it’s well worth the effort.
We’ve photographed Jo and Doug before – at their own wedding, other weddings and also a family portrait session when their first daughter Ella was born (as Ella proudly reminded Iain). Now that Charlotte has joined the family, we’re so pleased they called us again, especially since they have recently moved house and we now share the same duck park!
After a few false starts, we’re so glad we persisted in making this session happen as it’s always such a joy to get together with these guys and share in their family milestones. The girls are so adorable and we just know that Ella will be a wonderful big sister :)
