To propose, Jim organised a surprise trip to Bali for Yas’ birthday, he even arranged time off work.
But even Jim admits he is rubbish at keeping secrets… he told her about the trip a few days before because he just couldn’t keep the surprise any longer!
Once in Bali, Jim made an excuse to go and arrange a fancy proposal dinner which turned into a five-course meal in a private suite overlooking the beach with a butler.
At dinner, Jim waited until sunset for the perfect moment. By this stage Yas thought something was going on because he was acting really odd, but she never expected a proposal.
Their butler took some sunset photos for them and Jim asked him to switch to video mode, before he dropped to one knee with a ring.
