After nine years together, Harry decided it was time to propose to Jaymie.
They were travelling to a friend’s wedding near Bright, so Harry made a plan to pop the question at nearby Mt Buffalo on the way.
Except he hit a slight problem… it was a significant detour and Jaymie wasn’t having any part of this crazy plan!
Starting to get very nervous about the ring burning a hole in his pocket, Harry couldn’t wait any longer and pulled over at Myrtleford and popped the question to a very surprised Jaymie in front of the Phoenix Tree sculpture.
“We called all our family, and my parents were like, “about time!” Turns out mum found the ring receipt in Harry’s pants the week before”
