After an extremely busy winter season (and it’s only mid-July!) we managed to steal away two weekend days to ourselves to head down to Fairhaven with our close friends. We couldn’t resist sharing a few photos of the kids “adventuring” in the driveway. Their mission: spot a bird, find a bug and find a feather – “and a rainbow!” (Amelia’s addition). While the latter didn’t appear until later in the day and bugs and feathers were rare indeed, the kids had a ball and filled in at least 30 whole minutes of the day – and when you’re a parent, sometimes that’s all you need!
