We might not be so good at names, but Iain is amazing at remembering faces. At just about every wedding he will approach a guest with the line “I’ve definitely photographed you somewhere before….”. Once it was actually the third time this person had been a guest at one of our weddings over a period of 8 years. Another guest just looked a lot like Dieter Brummer from Home and Away, so Iain’s not spot on all the time!
So when Katherine approached us at Leonda by the Yarra’s Open Day earlier this year, Iain knew immediately she was one of our past bridesmaids :) In the 2.5 years since we first met at her cousin Katrina’s wedding at Malvern Town Hall, Katherine has met the love of her life, Theo and is planning their own walk down the aisle. We were thrilled to photograph their engagement session recently at Elwood beach.
