Some couples would freak out if they learnt they had to find a new priest less than 48 hours before their wedding but Mary and Alan took it all in their stride – and so did the new priest who gets full marks in my book for the use of the word “smitten” in his sermon :)
Mary and Alan are such a beautiful couple, inside and out, and their entire wedding day reflected this. After their ceremony at St Anthony’s Church in Alphington, we headed off to Carlton Gardens for some relaxed photos in the gorgeous autumn light with Mary’s sister Ellen and Alan’s brother Adrian. Iain had an easy day at ‘the office’ as Mary and Alan are complete naturals in front of the camera and obviously completely in love, we definitely didn’t have to tell these guys to smile! Before long it was time to head to Ascot House for some delicious food, sweet speeches and raucous Greek dancing.
